I think most of us haven't took a really good care of our health. Just like myself: don't have time to do exercises, eat junk food, not enough sleep. That's why I often got headache and migraines. 

So here I am, hospitalized. Doing a med check from USG-Treadmill-MRI. Hopefully the result is great. That I'm in a good condition.
